EP Kings beat the Border Bulldogs

The Ep Kings beat the Border Bulldogs 40 points to 23 in a match riddled with ill discipline and close to 24 penalties. Shaun Gates was red carded for a spear tackle at the start of the second half and had to play with only 14 men. Ep Kings first try coming from Hannes Franklin who barged over the line virtually untouched. A good move between Witbooi and Scott van Breda saw Scott over for the second try.Border’s Dukisa was deadly accurate with his long range kicks which kept them in contention virtually for most of the game. Replacement scrumhalf Danie Fassen darted over for his team’s third try which Justin Van Staden converted.Ep Kings showing some cohesion as the game progressed . Kieran Goss getting the bonus point for the Kings with his late try.
